#hokkienmee is one of my favourites whenever I'm down in Singapore, but it's a real
shame that I still haven't found a vegan-friendly rendition that fully replicates the richness and flavour of the original ☹️ Does anyone have a tip for me? This one wasn't short on ingredients/condiments - it had #mockfish (鱼片), #tofu, #beansprouts, and the works. Maybe missing something to stand in for the squid rings. Maybe missing a bit more flavour all round 😐 这素食飘得不够香, sorry 🤭
