🇫🇷 A French fine dining take on 🍣sushi. The chef 👨🍳and owner, Alexis Gauthier, was
in the open kitchen preparing the food. This was very inventive and original if not a bit difficult to get all in your mouth in one go. It was spicy tofu 🦀crab, 🥑guacamole, battered crispy 🍚rice, sriracha, and 🌶️jalapeño. Lots of different textures and flavors. £8 #vegansushi #veganfinedining
