Strawberry and rose “Kulfi” ice cream, pistachio, almonds

The presentation of this dish was brilliant. I loved every little detail, almost felt bad for eating it! The combination of rose and strawberry worked great, especially in combination with the fresh 🍓 and the salty nuts 👌🏻
