Ottimo e stuzzicante piatto a base di strapazzato di tofu e lupini servito con broccoletti, topinambur, nocciole e melassa.

Io ho letteralmente adorato questo piatto, ma non sono riuscita a finirlo tutto perché l’antipasto mi aveva già riempita. Per chi non ama il cibo salato (io lo adoro) forse questo piatto sarebbe stato troppo salato, ma per me era perfetto. Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante che ha un’ottima scelta vegana dagli antipasti al dolce. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci per provare altro. This dish is perfect for me. Unfortunately I was not able to finish it because I was too full after the appetizer. However, I have nothing to complain about this dish. If you are not a lover of salty food (I am a lover of salt) maybe you could find this dish too salty, but it was not for me. I recommend this restaurant where there is a very interesting menu for vegans (from the appetizers to the desserts) and I can’t wait to come to this place again to try other dishes.

Tofu e lupino tagliati a bastoncino con zucchine e letto di pomodoro e pane frullati. Molto buono consigliata piada per accompagnare
