A delightful dish with so many veggies! Mushrooms, aubergines, sundried tomatoes and pineapple,
mixed with basmati rice and served in a pineapple. The date chutney was sweet and sticky and complimented the dish extremely well! They could have added another spponful of chutney, it was so delicious.. Quite reasonable at R130 for an upmarket restaurant.
