Steam Cheong Fun with Charcoal Dough Fritter

The only option for vegan cheong fun. I love 炸兩 and the charcoal dough fritter made it a lot more interesting visually and taste wise.. 😋 The normal way to serve this dish is adding sweet sauce and sesame sauce on the top. But I just have this weird preference I cannot explain to have the sesame sauce on the side. And no sweet sauce for me.
