This is one of my favourites from this restaurant since last time ( the previous

management, before they went into the renovation ) and glad that they still have it on their menu. The Dosa batter was made with green beans ( usually its rice and lentils ) and the colour is a slightly darker green. Comes with two types of chutneys ( peanut and coconut ) and sambar which are vegan by default. Do avoid the sweet ( which contains ghee ) and the main side ( placed on top of the dosa ) I confirmed with the waiter and found it is actually paneer which is diary so had to keep it aside.

Lesson learned: They seem to understand what’s vegan but still need to be careful with their sides. Double confirm all of it before eating em. The dosa tastes great, not same as regular dosas this won’t be too thin and crispy but a bit thick and softer. Peanut chutney tastes better than the coconut chutney. Sambar is great. Healthy stuff on the menu, do try it out.
