I’m reviewing the Mexi-Bowl one more time just because Sprout keeps changing it for the better! The portions are bigger—so big that I *almost* had to get a to-go box last weekend. But I stuck it out. 😎 It keeps tasting better too. It’s hard to specifically describe *how* it tastes better, except that it seems spicier and richer. #MauiVegan #SaveVeganRestaurants

They do this dish just a little bit different every time—and it’s always fabulous. It’s a veritable fiesta in a bowl, with plentiful beans, rice, salsa, lime, and veggies. I can’t wait to order it again!

Big news! Sprout is no longer a food truck—it’s a full-fledged restaurant with socially distanced indoor and outdoor dining! It’s moved down the road from Kihei to Wailea. The new address is 10 Wailea Gateway Place, Suite B102. The Mexi-bowl is a simple delight with beans and rice and amazing sides of spicy veggies.
