Yes, this looks very similar to their yellow lentil soup I previously reviewed. Since it uses the same ingredients except for its base (ie. yellow lentil or split pea), the only difference I really noticed was that the split pea soup was thicker than the yellow lentil one.
It’s definitely warming and perfect on a cold day. With the vegetables and spices enriching the base, this is a filling soup. They give you a eco friendly container of about 2-2 1/2 cups of hot soup.
It goes for $6.99, plus tax, but you can add a slice of gluten-free veggie toast for an extra $1.50, micro greens for an extra $1, or hemp seeds for an extra $1. They provide the container of crackers to garnish at no extra cost.
