Another restaurant that is not fully vegan but has half of the menu filled with vegan options 😍😍 how great! "Umi" means mother in Arabic; they chose this name because they say they put as much love and care into the food they make as a loving mother would! They prepare their falafel mix every morning, and it contains fourteen ingredients that creates their delicious and original recipe. They also make all the sauces fresh daily in-house. They are winners of several awards including the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence every year since 2014, their Travelers’ Choice 2020, and have been listed on the John & Sally McKennas’ Best in Ireland since 2018. Yes, they are this good!! 🤯🤯 From "Umi Falafel" we got two things: the Palestinian Falafel (next review), and the Spinach Filo Rolls, the ones you see in the picture 😍 They are exactly what the name says: it's filo dough with a spinach filling, shaped as a roll and then deep fried. I'm honestly not sure of how they season the spinach, but they are super tasty and delicious. I tasted something almost zesty, like there was lemon or lime, but I might be very wrong 😂🙈 I don't know exactly what I ate, but it tasted awesome and I would totally buy them again. #dublin #ireland
