Spinach Dip

This was awesome and seriously addictive! Creamy cashew cheese dip loaded with spinach, red pepper and red onion. Garnished with cayenne pepper and the fried tortilla chips were impossibly good! #veganisnotscary #9090challenge 46

I dream about this dip. I daydream about this dip. I wish I could shrink down and swim in it. Be prepared for the spicy kick of the cayenne on top - I'm a spice baby and it gets to me, but otherwise it's perfection.

This is so delicious! The chips have such a unique taste and texture to them, I could eat them plain! The spinach dip is phenomenal, it is cheesy but also so fresh tasting because it has a few other chopped up veggies in it. The portion size is great. Love this appetizer!

I’ve never had spin dip before so I didn’t know what to expect, but MAAAN was it good. It was almost like a nacho cheese with the spinach and stuff in it, little spice to it from what’s sprinkled on there. The chips did not crumble! I don’t even know what they were but I could have eaten them all day
