Spinach & Mushroom Toastie

Reviewing this a second time because I went here yesterday for lunch and it’s too good not to rave about it, and it’s also been a while! This one was really packed with spinach and mushrooms, and there was plenty cheese - it absolutely hit the spot for what I was craving. The wee side salad changes often because each time I’ve ordered this it’s had a different variation, this time it was a carrot with pickled onion side and a couscousy salad with chickpeas, edamame and green beans I think? This was an amaze lunch, really filling and nutritious. They used violife cheese which melts really well in a toastie. Trying to make myself like mushrooms so disguising it in a toastie worked well lol. Sesame seeds in the salad is also a good wee addition Staff were really lovely too and it’s such a pretty wee place for coffee & a cake or for lunch! Didn’t have a proper look at the menu for vegan options, I just seen this one and ordered, but I’m sure they had a few!
