Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This was good, one of my favorite things that I have missed since going vegan so I always get excited when I see a spinach and artichoke dip. Nice flavors, prefer the pita to be slightly grilled though, but still good!

House made spinach and artichoke dip served with vegan cashew parmesan and pita. I think I was a bigger fan of the pita slices than the dip. The dip was a little bland and didn't have the best texture.
