This dish is a seaweed and mushroom dashi broth, spicy Karaka Miso paste, with spring onions, bean sprouts, kikurage mushrooms, and sansho pepper as toppings and a fragrant garlic oil drizzled on top. The broth had a lot of flavour and true to its name was spicy, had to be careful when drinking the broth because the spice made me cough. The noodles were of standard quality and overall I think that it's a good option for vegans to have ramen.
