Spicy Curry Laksa

OMG this dish was soooo delicious. It wasn’t too oily and was loaded with vegetables just the way I like it.

This literally tastes like home 🥺🥺🥺. I’ve had many vegan laksa at many restaurants, but this is definitely the closest to laksa I had back at home (even though it’s Malaysian laksa). Lots of veggies and tofu puffs, spicy and creamy curry 😋 yummm!

It's hard to go wrong with a laksa and this is no exception, tasty and full of noodle, tofu and veg goodness drowning in a spicy curry soup. #alv
