Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Absolutely fantastic. The seitan is everything I hoped it would be. This does not feel greasy or heavy like many similar sandwiches I’ve tried. The seitan is substantial and hearty- Serving size is just right. As far as seasoning goes, the spice is present and flavorful, but not overpowering. Wisdom, thank you for a great meal! Y’all are awesome, and I will come back next time I’m in town.
