This poptart was amazing! The crust is nice and flaky, the inside a delicious pear jam of sorts (I don't even know how to describe it), and a yummy frosting on top. My description is amazing I know 🤣, but I am not a poptart or flaky pastry girl and I am dreaming about this! This might not have been the prettiest Pop Tart from Happy Little Treats, but it tasted fantastic! This puffy, flakey pop tart pastry was filled with housemade pear jam with actual pieces of fresh #pear. It was delicious! It also had a strong #cinnamon spice flavor, which was fantastic. This tart was $5, and considering it is completely made from scratch and with the fresh ingredients, it is totally a great #value. Because this did have a strong cinnamon flavor, it wasn't overly sweet, which is something I'm not the biggest fan of. The flakey dough was also great and had the perfect combination of flakey and soft and pillowy.
