Special Marsala Dosai

I didn't expect much as it is a food court after all, but the food exceeded my expectations much! The dosai was freshly made in front of me and the marsala was piping hot and deliciously spiced. I enjoyed all the chutneys too, especially the tomato one and the pale orange one that I don't know the name of!
