Spaghetti Carbonara (veganized)

These are vegetarian, but you can order to have them prepared with vegan cheese instead at no additional cost. Flavor was pretty good but the sauce was very watery and not super flavorful. I thought the addition of mushrooms was interesting. Good but in my opinion not really worth $24. I prefer the carbonara at Pura vita.
