Soya Bean Milk with Gula Melaka

The stall -named Beancurdlism- has different varieties of soya milk, bean curd and grass jelly flavours, but the one with Gula Melaka is my perennial favourite! I love how the unique taste of Gula Melaka blends with soya bean. The milk is thick and sweet, and I like that it's chilled but not diluted with ice.
