Soy Cortado

Partially drunk (so no it doesn't come like this) - the soy milk separates rapidly when heated so you need to drink fast. Unfortunately it was already separated when it was served. Always find the soy absorbs the bitterness better than almond milk which actually feels like it exaggerates it.
