This comes as a vegetarian option but leaving out the cheese and avocado crema it
is easily made vegan. I asked to add avocado in place of the crema and it was perfect. This dish was so delicious I wanted to eat the entire thing even as big as it was! The potatoes and cowboy beans added a lot of texture as well. I would reorder this for sure!
