Southwest Breakfast Bowl

Now THIS is a filling meal! Chopped black bean patty, just egg, chopped tomato, cubed sweet potato, tortilla chips, avocado and southwest sauce! Not sure why they add rice on the bottom, I definitely think it’s not needed 😅
