Yes, The bun really is that colour. The southern burger has a battered piece of cauliflower in. It is crunchy, very satisfying texture and contrast to the soft macha bun. Could do with a few more veggies in, maybe a bit more southern flavour. Still, a good burger, different from the norm.
The southern was a matcha bun with fried cauliflower pattie, cos lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli and agave mustard. I also purchased accompanying sweet potato fries to share. The flavours and textures were just great and the bun was a nice soft texture, making it a bit easier to eat . The sweetpotato fries were a good amount for two to share and we were well fed with a bun each and some fries by the end of it. Service was great and we had our burgers and fries after about 20 minutues, friendly staff and a really nice enviroment. The presentation of the food was a nice take on 'fast food' visuals but with quality taste, production and delivery. I would definilty go again and try some other options, so happy with the first meal :)
