Sourdough Soldiers & Beetroot Hummus

One of my favourite places in Manchester - glad it survived the pandemic! This #hummus was paired with a #vegan #wine and that's what I like about being able to eat and drink vegan without giving up on a tasty meal.

Really tasty small plate, perfect for sharing. Decent size bowl of hummus topped with fried chickpeas and has plenty of sourdough soldiers for dipping.

Very simple but very yummy. A really rich and sweet hummus, gorgeous bread, and a surprisingly decent meal by itself!
