Soloman’s Seal Porridge

I don’t know much about this dish really, but I do know of all hawker stalls around my office @m1tch9i is probably most keen on visiting this one next week 😋 The #veganduck you’re seeing on top of the #porridge I should note is not included. That’s a S$2.50 top up in fact over the base price of just S$3 🤯 So, had I not added the #beancurd to this it would’ve been the most ridiculously cheap dish here! The #congee even without the additional #duck is already plenty rich with #tofu 🙌 For greens though, just like the tofu actually, they just top up on foods from their amazing #economyrice 🍚 As for the “Soloman’s Seal” bit though, I had to actually google what it meant. On Ecosia, of course 😜 It’s apparently some kind of herb but honestly, I didn’t taste any of it at all. If anything the very random inclusion of #cashew left a more impressionable flavour in my mouth. Yeah, I’m definitely giving more of their #porridge a go ✌️
