Sol Pad Thai Stirfry

My husband really enjoyed this dish. Great flavour, very filling ,and veggie filled.

Never had a pad thai like this! The sauce was nutty and not the typical

flavour you would expect. Beautiful presentation and so many tasty vegetables.
