Snow Yeti

This burger was good, but not as tasty as their other ones. It’s a Japanese and Chinese yam patty with grilled eggplant, daikon, and truffle mayo. The patty didn’t have a lot of flavour and I noticed that a few pieces of lettuce that had fallen out were brown at the ends.
