Vegan Nachos

Soooo good! We added Diaya and tofu making it a super pricy dish ($29) but it’s worth it every once in a while, super delish!

Nachos with gluten free chips! Very filling, enough for 2 people. The chips were fresh and crisp, but some of the ones under the pile of toppings didn’t hold their shapes too well 😂
