Curry in a hurry - vegan curry with roasted eggplants and tofu, broccoli and base
of your choice. Chose caulirice and rocket leaf. Love the taste of the vegan curry. Good size portion. Think the black rice would be a better choice to soak up all the delicious curry as compared to the caulirice. 🏳️🌈

which is good! (possibly too much for people who can't tolerate spice) not a fan of eggplant but there's no issue with that in this dish! rice is well cooked and I like the texture too. very customisable! you can ask for nut free, dairy free options etc

I was very skeptical, but I enjoyed this. I had this with fusili. The
gravy had a lot of flavour. Broccoli hating me even ate all the broccoli with the gravy
