Smokey Mac & Cheese With Bakun

I love mac and cheese but this one a little more smokey than I like it to be and the bacon ends up being the dominant flavour. The sauce is also runnier than I like for a mac and cheese. You want it to hug the noodle but not drip like this. Plantitude is a great restaurant and I recommend trying another pasta dish you like pasta or a burger or bowl option. #macandcheese #veganmacandcheese #vancouverisland #veganbacon #comfortfood

I didn’t find the #presentation of this #macandcheese to be that great, but it’s hard to make a dish like that look good I suppose. The #flavours were awesome though- so #cheesy and enjoyed the addition of #veganbacon too.
