Such a good value, fresh sandwich 🥪 at £5.50. The seitan is thick and nicely flavoured, giving this a good protein punch and making it really filling. The avocado, tomato and mayo are fresh and creamy and perfectly offset the heavy seitan texture. 😋
Slightly messy to eat, but absolutely delicious - the sticky/smoky BBQ seitan is gorgeous
