I’m glad to have opted for a much better main than stevenneoh had, https://www.abillion.com/reviews/622d867a8b237d0094a3e6ce 😏

You’d think him bragging about learning how to make #padkrapow in Thailand would have at least made him a little wiser, https://www.abillion.com/reviews/62244e81406d2b009c52ef4e 🇹🇭 This was, over the keys of Hekate, the best #padkrapow I’ve had! Mostly cause the ones I had in my past life were pork 😔 Obviously no match for minced mushrooms in the eyes of this #mushroomlover 🍄 You’ll have to opt for the #veganized version where instead of egg they serve you battered #hericiummushroom on the side - see why I like this dish so much?? You’re expected to toss everything together before eating to mix up all the ingredients 😋 Deep-fried hairs of ginger and ginger oil to give the dish some heat and of course Thai #basil for that signature tang 🌿 If only I had known all along that something could remedy the hole left in my.. stomach? by Kim Gary discontinuing their omnimeat dishes. Moot point now cause they’re temporarily back though 🤦‍♀️

The original version for this comes with a fried egg, but they will gladly switch

it to fried #hericiummushroom for you in order to make it vegan. I can't say that the pairing is exceptional like this, but just treat it as a crunchy side dish perhaps? 🤨

The #padkrapow was delicious, the #basil leaves giving this a sweetness that I loved. The #fakemeat #mince was made of #mushroom, and was so sweetly succulent and yet counterbalanced with an overdose of #spicy notes 😋 If ever a main course deserved the #sweettooth hashtag, this might be a contender 😉
