The ingredients list on the menu talks a great game - from #hericiummushroom bits to

#shallots to #ginger and #peanuts with #coconut jam. But honestly, because the #tortilla is so small, you're just concerned about getting it all in before it disintegrates midflight, and then you're trying to trade off speed and elegance as you chew (the best way to not have a mouth full is to send some of it down asap 😅). So I definitely can't say that I got a full appreciation of each ingredient. Though, I guess, that's kind of what #tacos do? 🤨 Decent #sharing #appetiser though 🙂

Sirih kaduk or #miangkham, literally “one bite wrap”, is on its own such a spectacular

snack and a must have when you’re in Southeast Asia 🌏 To translate that into a mini #taco is just.. #wow 🤩 Topped with #hericiummushroom bits, peanuts, ginger, shallots, tiny pieces of lime, and a spread of coconut jam and this thing just explodes with flavour in your mouth 😋 The menu didn’t specify what leaf they wrapped it in but my guess is they went with the regular lotus leaf that you’d traditionally use since I didn’t taste the leaf at all 🍃 It’s a bit big for just “a bite” but if you’re like me; very unsingle and very not afraid of looking like a gremlin, it all works out 😜
