Roasted Chilli Paste & Cashew Nut Noodles (514) Tofu Option

Okay so this was really nice if you don’t take into account the amount of chill. I forgot to ask for very mild chilli (not a huge fan of lots of chilli) and I was in pain 😂😂 yoh it was hot but other than that, soooo good. #veganuary

I removed the chilli paste, and chose the vegetables only option. Tasted delicious, crunchy cashews gave a great texture, and overall very good, although quite salty. Has a vegetables only option , and a tofu option

I asked for the tofu option but the restaurant rang me because they had ran out, so they offered me extra extra veggies! Delicious!

The flavours are soo good here, especially with the tofu. Also just as good if you switch out for wide rice noodles. Only downside is that I could eat about 5 in one sitting 🤣
