Amazeballs! My first encounter with soy floss and for sure not my last. The soy
floss + sesame seed garnish provide much crisp atop a bed of mixed vegetables (cabbage, lettuce, sweetcorn). And no rice, which is a carb win. But take what I write with a pinch of salt - you can wrap anything at all in inari and I'd probably still sing its praises.
