Signature Skewers (Ginger & Scallion Heura Chicken, Thai OmniFish Cake)

There were 3 "meats" to choose from - chicken, fish and pork. We chose the chicken and the fish - they were both really good as they were served fresh, with crispy outsides, but I was especially impressed by the sweet and spicy sauce on the fish. #veganisnotscary
