So delicious! I had missed these flavours since going vegan - so happy I found this hidden treasure. Will come for special occasions / date nights.

If there are more dishes like this, more people will definitely turn vegan! The hot and sour flavours are very nicely balanced, and the noodles has a good firm bite and texture.
