Used to love claypot rice before going plant-based so was really excited to try this!!
The rice itself was more reminisicent of the yam rice that comes with duck rice, when claypot rice is meant to be white rice covered in dark soya sauce. Despite that, this was still good with a generous amount of ingredients! Wish the rice could've been more charred though.
