This wasn't the best thing at the cart, had too strong of a jackfruit flavor but it wasn't bad.

This consisted of jackfruit marinated in Texas BBQ sauce, baked, mixed with pasta shells and vegan cheese, and topped with breadcrumbs, crispy slaw, and a drizzle of chipotle ranch and BBQ sauce. Very Tasty.
