Shiitake

Shiitake mushroom on soy braised zucchini, with kelp ginger emulsion - and lemongrass oil. My favourite dish of the night - the mushrooms were marinated and cooked to perfection & the emulsion packed such an incredible flavour!

Absolutely phenomenal! Wonderful flavours in these exquisite dishes. We loved everything we tried but this was probably my favourite.
