Shibuya Mazemen

A soupless ramen! Same umami goodness minus the liquid

I'll start by saying that this wasn't my favorite ramen at Vegan Ramen Mei (we tried other ramen too!). The broth wasn't savory enough and while I love mushrooms, this broth was really heavy on the shiitake which overpowered the other flavors in the ramen. That being said, it was really well presented. And the toppings and the noodles were perfect!
