Medicinal Keema Curry Worh Okinaqanstyle Tofu And Vegetable Soup Stock

Sadly, my picture doesn't do this justice! This was a very tasty curry. The wording of 'medicinal' worried me a little and it was a tad herby but, in the land of meaty Japan, it was great to have a wonderful vegan meal!
