🧔 Shavige Bhath is another South Indian dish, popular in Karnataka as a breakfast and tea timeĀ snack. 🧔 This is essentially South Indian style fried vermicelli (rice noodles) with vegetables šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ 🧔 Shavige means noodles. This dish isĀ also called as vermicelli upma orĀ vermicelli pulav. 🧔 I love this dish! The vermicelli is soft and very flavourful with carrots, peanuts, green chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves, lemon, corriander, salt and shredded coconut. 🧔 So in love with it I will order it again, and perhaps attempt this in my kitchen one day šŸ’– Day23 #veganisnotscary #indianfood #firstdishreview #southindian #noodles #vermicelli #ricenoodles #friednoodles #stirfry @mtrsingapore
