baby spinach and rocket leaves, cucumber, black olives, cherry tomatoes, vegan feta cheese, crunchy cashew nuts, mixed seeds, smashed avocado, a dollop of nicely spiced hummus, and balsamic vinegar. I selected BBQ mushrooms for my choice of protein, and was pleasantly surprised as it resembled pulled pork! This was not very filling though, perhaps because it was a salad bowl without grains.

First time trying vegan feta cheese and it was really good! They have 5 different vegan proteins to choose from - BBQ mushroom, spicy tofu, cauliflower bites and impossible marianna meatballs. Chose spicy tofu here.
