Sfiletto al pepe

I really enjoyed every part of this, at first it seemed a bit scattered and not quite put together but the flavours really came together. The rocket cream was beautiful.

buonissimo anche questo "filetto" di seitan al pepe verde.. consistenza fantastica!! anche la salsina alla rucola deliziosa!
