Sesame Noodles

Sesame noodles at long last!! 🤩 I gave up on ordering this months ago cause every time I pried to ask for it, they said it was unavailable 🥹 ..until I saw @fannyv order it recently and I knew I had to get it! She was right though, there really is a wait for these #noodles 😳 Almost 10 in my case! Considering I managed to cut the queue today by hitting the stall early though, I reckon it’s worth it cause #ohmygoodness is it ever amazing! 🤤 I am a sucker for #sesame and this stuff was an #umamibomb 🙌 I was surprised at their choice of noodles, some kind of #yellownoodles and then paired with bits of #tofu, #veganduck meat, red cabbage 🥬 & a tonne of #beancurdskin - the kind Krak sells on the marketplace 😉 Oh, and all of S$4! The #tempeh you see is something I added myself, for S$0.80 actually 💀 I uh.. I’m glad everything else in this stall still meets the #sgcheapandgood tag 🏷️ Veggie 121 really is my favourite place in the CBD 🌿

Very flavourful & unique sesame base with bits of minced soy meat, black sesame seeds, fried tau kwa (firm tofu), fried tau kee (the veg chicken rice kind with distinct layers), and refreshingly crunchy julienned raw cucumber + blanched cabbage! :’) On the oiler side though so just a note xD Just $3 which is amazing for CBD! They have mixed rice too apart from a la carte dishes :)
