Sesame Doughnut

Apart from several vegan options, this place is one of the only places to offer vegan options in Nagasaki. They also have bread and doughnuts on some days. This doughnut was made with 3 types of sesame, white, black and roasted sesame, and has a very nice fragrance and minimal oil. Price is a bit steep at 250 yen ($3+) but yummy!
