Sesame & Tomato Ramen

A really big hearty and filling portion. I liked that the broth was quite thick and rich, there was a nice amount of tofu, broccoli, and seaweed. The only thing I’d change is the noodles, I felt like they were a little tiny bit too soft. Broth isn't clear but not too salty which is different. :) Usually is quite salty, very much good big unamis. Much wow. Noodles nicely cooked and tasty, the panko tofu though, oh my, super firm compared to other (I'm guessing been pressed well beforehand).
