
This Seoul Bowl was so delicious! The mild flavors of the spinach, rice, mushrooms, and cabbage are given a kick by some spicey Korean hot sauce. I’ve been bored with baby spinach for a long time, but this dish made me enjoy it again. Lots of nutritious ingredients too — every bite tastes like you’re taking care of yourself. I do wish Crisp & Green would add more vegan salads and bowls to its menu instead of wanting its veg-forward customers to ask for chicken and bacon substitutions in its other bowls. #veganisnotscary
refreshing & delicious! brown rice, spinach, tofu, daikon radish, carrots, roasted mushrooms, napa cabbage, sesame seeds, korean chile cashew dressing and spicy bibimbap sauce 😋 what could go wrong? i hope this will be around longer than the summer as it is my favorite vegan option on their menu by far!
